As part of our contribution to the local community, we accept work on a Legal Aid basis.

This does not mean that we are a part of the Legal Aid Commission of NSW.

What it does mean is if you satisfy the Legal Aid Commission of their means and merits test, then we can accept your matter through Legal Aid.

To assess whether you meet the means test, use the Means Test Indicator available on the Legal Aid website.

If you have any queries on completing your application, you can contact a Legal Aid office near you, or attend at our office and our staff can assist you with your application. As part of our service to the community, there is no charge for our assistant in completing this application for you.
