An Enduring Guardian is someone you appoint to make lifestyle, health and medical decisions for you, when you are not capable of making those decision yourself. These decisions made might be, where will you live or what type of medical treatment you will receive. You can choose which decisions the appointed person will make for you.
The Enduring Guardianship will come into effect if and/or when you lose capacity and will only be effective during the period of incapacity.
